Jim Bannerot has been practicing general civil law in Austin since 1969, helping individuals and families in various personal and business legal matters. Ken Pajak joined Jim's practice in 2004 after practicing with large firms in Houston and Austin. Together, Jim and Ken help individuals and families in various personal and business legal matters, among these are forming and representing corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.

Jim and Ken help clients prepare for the future by advising them in estate planning, which can include advance directives, wills and trusts. In addition, they can help guide you through the Texas Probate process when a loved one passes on.
