Kenneth W. Pajak, Attorney-Mediator
In addition to mediating and practicing law, my top priorities include spending time with my wife and three children.
If I do have a few minutes to spare at the end of the evening, I like to relax with some songwriting and guitar playing, which always brings me back to my Southeast Texas roots.
Prior to joining The Bannerot Law Firm, P.C., I worked for two statewide litigation firms, mostly representing insured individuals and companies in defense of personal injury and commercial claims. During this time, I developed a keen sense of the insurance claim process and the factors considered by insurance companies in accessing risks of having a claim determined by a judge or jury after trial.
In addition, my continued interest and involvement in the music and film industries led me to represent singer/songwriters, professional musicians, booking agents, concert promoters, independent film production companies, and various other music industry professionals in Entertainment Law related transactional and litigation matters.
As a mediator, litigator and a transactional lawyer, I draw on my personal and professional experiences daily. The bottom line is that I became a lawyer to help people. I take pride in looking out for my client's best interests in their efforts to achieve their goals and dreams.
